wedwelly provides free wedding planning resources, guides, tools and an optional account for organizing your wedding. By using wedwelly you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

You own the information and content you add to wedwelly, including your guest list, budget, wedding website text and photos.

You grant us the limited right to store, display and process that content so we can operate the services, for example publishing your wedding website at the address you choose.

You are responsible for the content you publish and must not publish anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.

When you ask us to find vendors, we use your request to identify relevant wedding professionals and, with your consent, share your request details with them.

wedwelly does not employ, endorse or guarantee any vendor. Any agreement you make is directly between you and the vendor, and you are responsible for checking their work, insurance and references.

You can withdraw a request at any time from My Wedwelly.

You agree not to misuse wedwelly: no scraping, no attempting to access another couple's data, no interfering with the service, and no using the vendor request tools for anything other than planning a real wedding.

wedwelly is provided as is. Our guides and tools are general planning aids, not legal, financial or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, wedwelly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of any vendor or other third party.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the current version on this page.
